History

Our journey started when Ayako Asahara and Yuko Tsuchida established Toki Bookkeeping in 2023 after working in the industry for 10+  years.  We have worked in diverse industries such as software development, SaaS, manufacturing, telecom, real estate, consulting, law and accounting firms.  We have alliances with other accounting firms and ensure our services keep high quality standards and compliant with US GAAP.

Mission

  • We provide audit ready monthly financial reports within 15 days with QuickBooks Online.
  • We assist small and medium sized businesses in streamlining their bookkeeping processes with our extensive knowledge and experience to contribute to their growth.

Team

Our team is highly motivated and has great passion in helping clients’ businesses grow.  The team has been expanding and is located in California, Japan, Mexico, and the Philippines.
